Refund Policy for Pre-Recorded Courses
- Our pre-recorded courses are delivered in a digital format, and due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide refunds for these courses.
- To help you make an informed decision, we offer a free preview of 1-2 videos from every course. We encourage students to review the preview content carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Policy for Live Classes
- We understand that live classes involve a more interactive experience.
- A full refund can be provided if the student requests it after attending no more than one class and cites dissatisfaction with the course.
- However, once a student attends more than one class, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
We recommend that prospective students carefully review the course structure and details before enrolling to ensure the program aligns with their expectations and learning goals.
